We are selling our house! Do you or someone you know want to move to midtown? About the time we finished renovating our house, I took a new position in Iowa. We are sad to sell it, because we love this house! In about a week we are planning to list it with a realty company. But, before we do that, we would like to see if any of our friends would like to buy it! For the next week or so, we are trying to sell it at a "pre-listing price," about $20,000 less than it will be with a realtor ((because we can avoid the fees)).
